Please Read Before Booking
To ensure the safety of all children as well as the protection of our equipment, the following conditions must be met prior to setup;

Surface Requirements

A flat, clean surface is required for all setups.

We do not set up on sand, dirt, gravel, or loose bark.
-
Grass is permitted only if it is dry, freshly cut, and completely free of pet waste.
Prohibited in Play Area
-
No shoes, food/drinks, face paint, confetti, glitter or sharp objects are allowed in or near the play area, including ball pits and bounce houses.

We do not service events where face paint will be used, even if outside play zone.
Weather Requirements
-
For outdoor events, a shaded area or canopy is required if temperatures are high.
-
If there is any chance of rain, an indoor backup location or a full overhead covering is required.
